If you like being in hospitality and you love sales, but you don't want to be a server or bartender, this is a unique opportunity in the hospitality industry where you can make great money, awesome tips, get a little exercise, while having fun and freedom.

It is a longterm position - most of our flower ladies have been with the company for many years, because it is so fun, consistent, pretty easy if you have the right mindset, and overall just a great opportunity to be your free spirit self while also making more money than most people make in hospitality (but shhhh don't tell). It's very consistent as long as you are willing to put in the work, while also remembering to play!

You may have seen us stop by your favorite restaurant in town with our baskets and leis, during brunch, at your local steakhouse for dinner, or maybe during the night scene helping people celebrate special occasions. We have been providing the flower and lei gifting tradition in Oahu for 32 years. It's so much more than a business - it's a legacy, a sacred tradition and it's important we recognize how important we are to the community.

Your job is literally to wear a cute dress, look your best, stop by all of the accounts on your route for the day/night, sell flowers and leis to whoever wants them in these accounts (no pressure selling involved - in fact, it's strictly prohibited), make magical memories for people, then go on your merry way to your next account! There's a bit more to it than that, but that's basically the gist of it. We sell to visitors and locals, from every walk of life. Most people LOVE flowers! So it's a pretty easy sale. It's very consistent, it's a really unique position, and it's a whole lot of fun!

I'm looking for two reliable sellers to replace two of our long time flower ladies (one is about to give birth to her second child, and the other is Oahu's next up and coming DJ).

Note: these are set routes with over 100 accounts we've worked hard to get over the last three decades. Depending on your specific route, you'll go to about a dozen or more of these accounts each day or night. We go in high-end steakhouses and busy high end hotels and restaurants on each route. We have a very strict NO PRESSURE sales approach - so don't worry about trying to talk people into the sale. You'll be trained on our classy sales methods - it's really a great experience for all people involved, and it's the reason we're the only flower ladies allowed into all of these places. We're here to make memories and people will want to take pictures with you - you'll smile so much throughout the night because of how happy you make people with these incredible flowers!

You need to have:
- Valid drivers license (or a consistent driver to drive you)
- Good working car with up to date registration and safety
- Great hygiene, good manners, and good energy
- Great listening and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and driven
- Sales experience with a heart of aloha and service

Shifts Available, and the timing can be flexible depending on what schedule you would like to have:
Friday, Saturday or Sunday Brunch : 9am - 1:30pm
7 Days a Week Dinner: 4:30-9:30pm
7 Days a Week Late Night: 9:30pm - 1:30am or later if you want to make serious dough in the late night hours

It's a commission only position, our girls average between $30-100 an hour. It really all depends on you. I've done this for 5 years and I average about $50-75 an hour. Busy season can be even more lucrative, but really we have consistency all year long and you can make great money all year, especially on holidays.
